A few questions when starting PH1

I started my weight loss program about two weeks ago and have lost a total of 12 lbs eating low fat and just watching what I am eating. This weekend I picked up the SBD book and have read it and am total interested in this. I have started today and I have only ate two hard-boiled eggs. Eggs is something that I totally love. I was wondering if there is a limit on how many we can eat?
Also, I love to eat canned tuna and salmon (pink) in water of course, I know there is a limit on the canned tuna, but how about the salmon?
Can salt be added to food?
And, another question..I have some processed fat free mozzarella cheese and swiss cheese, is that alright to eat for the cheese? Or should I stay away from it.
I have about 100lbs to lose right now and am thinking of staying on phase 1 for a longer duration then what is suggested. If anyone can help me out with my questions that would be great.

Hi Domenica, welcome!
So, we do have to watch servings then? How many servings of protein, lets say should I eat a day? That I guess is not what I am understanding.

There is no limit - If you eat 2 eggs and you're still hungry, eat another one.
