This is my 2nd day on Phase I. I wondering if anyone knew about chilli. It is had ground beef, green pepper, and kidney bean. Here is the nutrition label per 8oz, 21g carbs, 200 calories, 5g fat, 2g saturated fat, 5g fiber, 5g sugar and 17g protein. Anyone??

Actually, it's chilli from Wendy's(which is probably out of a can). I didn't have any because I wanted to check first. I went on the website to look up the nutritional information because they promote their chilli as being fat free which it obviously isn't.

I have tried a couple. That is were I am heading right now for lunch. We have a Wendy's that is 2 steps away from where I work so it is very convenient when you don't bring lunch!!!

Is Wendy's safe to have on P1? Is the beef lean and do they not add any no no ingredients like sugar? If so, I will have some for lunch today too because that sounds really good.
