OK I'm approx 48-60 hours with out any sort of carbs or sugars... I just ate lunch and I'm full... but man'o'man an I tired! I feel like I have no energy... is this common?

I am in day 4 and I am feeling a little of the same. I try to space out my meals to my snacks. I had a hard time working out the last few days, not able to work out as long. I'm going to see how I feel after the first week. I'm trying to stay focussed but it's hard!

You should be eating plenty of carbs! the idea is to eat the RIGHT carbs, not avoid them altogether.

Yes, fatigue, being tired, feeling "out of it" is very common.

Thanks Maggie - I figured that was what it was but I didn't think I would feel this tired! GEE! I don't usually snack in between meals so it's weird to eat in the middle... I know before I ate lots of carb filled thigns like spaghetti and breads but I didn't honestly think I would get the "detox" feeling that everyone talked about. I thought I was special or something *LOL*
