Hi everyone, my name is Erin and I am a SBD newbie as of yesterday. I have done Atkins a few times before, so I am used to that woe, therefore I am having a little trouble setting apart the guidelines for SBD.

Yesterday I had 30 pistachios for breakfast (I was in a huge rush and way busy!!), for lunch I had a big salad with grilled chicken and lf olive oil vinaigrette, and for dinner I had a filet mignon with string beans and cauliflower.

Today I ate some lf cottage cheese for breakfast, and I've been sipping on decaf sugar free iced tea, and for lunch I just had turkey and lf american cheese rolled up with some light mayo.

Am I on the right track? Any advice/criticism would be great.

Nice to meet you all.

Definitely not enough vegetables. Can you dip some raw veggies into your breakfast cottage cheese, or add a can of V8?

Doesn't sound like enough...add vegetable V-8, tomato juice or a serving of veggies with breakfast.
Don't skip the morning snack.
Lunch needs a good serving of veggies and/or nice salad added to it.

Welcome!
