Am I doing this right???

Hi, I am new to the SBD. I started yesterday and am not used to be so "unstructured". I have always done Weight Watchers in the past. Could you please look at what I ate yesterday and today and tell me if I am ok? Thanks!
Monday:
Breakfast: 3 boiled eggs, Brummel and Brown spread, spicy V-8
Snack: pecans
Lunch: Salad with lunchmeat turkey, lowfat cheese, tomatoe, avacado, and lowfat bleu cheese dressing
Snack: Skipped
Dinner: Chicken, broccoli with lowfat cheese
Snack: more chicken and chocolate ricotta
Tuesday:
Breakfast: 2 scrambled eggs with lowfat cheese and salsa, spicy V-8
Snack: pecans
Lunch: Salad with leftover chicken, lowfat cheese, avacado, tomatos, and tomatillo sauce (which I hope is ok--I think it is).
Snack: Cheese and more pecans (I went over my limit)
Dinner: taco soup made with lean beef, kidney beans, Ro-tel, taco and ranch seasoning.
Snack: More taco soup
Am I ok??
