Hi Everyone!

Well its not even dinner time yet. This is my second day on the phase 1 and my headache that started last night still hasnt gone away:(

I am super cranky and very hungry (I just got up from a nap) Can someone tell me what is something I can totally pig out on right now?

Hi Domenica!

Be sure you are eating enough througout the day, at meals and including your snacks....

I don't find myself hungry at all if I do.....when I get home from work and before supper, sometimes I need something.....I buy the large packages of grape tomatoes (YUM!) I usually grab a handful of those to tide me over. You could add a cheese stick with that or add it to your cottage cheese as well.

Just an idea : )

Whenever I'm super hungry I will have a protein, even if it's not meal time. Cut up chicken with some blue cheese dressing, some scrambled eggs. Adding some sort of fat helps. Now that I'm in Phase Two I don't really get hungry very often- I have my snacks and meals on a good schedule- but every once in a while I will have a "hungry evening" and will need extra food.
