Bkfst for a non-bkfst eater

Hi there! DH and I will be starting this WOE on Monday (I will be starting Phase 2 as I am currently nursing my 7 wk old DD). DH is *not* a bkfst person, nor can I see him becoming one.

He has not read the book, but really wants to do the diet and loose 60+ lbs. What I am looking for are bkfst ideas that I can prepare the night before and that DH can eat once he gets to work, without using a microwave. He is *not* a veggie eater...at all. Looking over the Foods to Eat list I only see some of the lean meats, cheese, and nuts that he might eat. I'm not sure if he'll eat hard boiled eggs or not???

Anyhow, if anyone has ideas for my picky DH I would be greatful!

TY, Cathy! Some of your ideas are perfect for DH. This AM I sent him with V-8 and he's going to buy eggs at the small cafe where he works. Truth be told he'll probably buy bacon as well, although I told him *turkey* bacon is what he should be eating. What is the "problem" with regular bacon, the fat I am assuming?

Thanks again!

Yes, the high fat in regular bacon is a problem.
