Is the low fat cream cheese that's mentioned in a Cheese recipe I recently retrieved from this forum okay for Phase 1?

Low-fat Cream cheese can be added back in Phase 2.

Does this "cheese" taste like cheese, or like "yogurty cheese"? I don't much like yogurt, so I wasn't going to get any. But it would THRILL me to have this with my celery!

Can we use Light cream cheese as opposed to Low Fat or Ultra Low fat ? I've tried the Philly Ultra Low fat (the only brand i've seen with low fat) and it tastes awful !

I find it doesn't even taste like cream cheese but more like sawdust !!

Bec, what kind of cheese are you asking about?

It tastes just a bit tangy.

The substitute you're thinking of is called "Swiss Knight" cheese.
