Argh--weekends are hard...

I have wanted to snack all day. I had more than my share of peanuts plus I ate black-eyed peas for lunch which I shouldn't have. That coupled with not wanting to cook and still feeling yucky because of sugar withdrawal have lead to not a great day for me.

At day 6, should I still be feeling so tired? It could have something to do with my visit from AF this week, too.

I felt tired for almost the entire first 2 weeks of phase 1.

I couldn't agree more. Weekends have such a different routine. Yesterday wasn't a good day for me either. I'm hoping to just get back on today and not weigh until Monday. I still think my worst days on SBD are better than my typical days before the diet! Hoping today is better for us!

You're right about week-ends being harder because the routine is different. Also, I am such an emotional eater and we are *trying* to get a pool. What a frustrating process and only being able to eat cheese or turkey when I want to strangle our salesman is frustrating too *lol*.
