First off, THANK YOU to everyone who has welcomed me and posted replies to my questions!! You all are so supportive and I feel like I can succeed with the help of all of you!! Here's my question... portions. I know we're not supposed to think in these terms, but lets say you want a snack and you head for the cottage cheese. How much do you dish out? 1/2c, 1c, 2c?? That part is kind of confusing for me, kwim? Same with yogurt, jello, bowl of beans etc. How much do you start with, and if you're still hungry do you add more. I would probably have the tendency to put way more than a cup of cottage cheese into my bowl at one serving. Just curious as to what you all do. TIA... Michelle

For snack quantities:

Part skim ricotta I have 1/2 cup

Beans- 1/4 cup- sometimes a bit more- I have kidney beans with a bit of mayo and chopped dill pickle as my "beans"

Low carb yogurt- one of those small containers- about 1/2 size of the regular

Sugar free jello- more a dessert- as much as I want- I don't make it often as I eat the whole package

I'm on Phase Two so my cravings and hunger are gone- so it's usually enough. In my

yogurt I add some of that All Bran cereal- 1/4 cup.

I never miss my snacks!
