I would love to make coleslaw w./ the pulled pork recipe below in the Recipe section :) I am wondering if I bought coleslaw dressing that was under 3 grams of sugar would that be ok to use? Anyone know of any good brands? Thanks

No real sugar in phase 1... but you could make your own using Splenda, or find a vinegar based one?

I am a little confused now. I was under the impression that we could have salad dressings under 3 grams of sugar. I believe that's what the book said. If that is true then isn't it the same for all condiments (BBQ sauce and pasta sauce)? I have seen discussions talking about Emeril's sauce in Phase 1 and Jim Beam BBQ in Phase 1. If I am wrong please let me know. TIA :)

I used the Jim Beam barbeque sauce.
