I am on my way! Good bye forever 371 pounds. Feeling great after the first day. I'd really appreciate any suggestions/feedback about my food choices today:

Breakfast - Egg Beaters with broccoli / coffee

Snack - Low fat Cheese

Lunch - Dunkin Donuts sausage, egg, and cheese (no bread) - not the healthiest choice but I was on the go and didn't plan well.

Snack - shrimp, grape tomatoes, and mushroom slices

Dinner - salad (no dressing) with grilled chicken and mushrooms on top.

I did have a half cup of regular coffee because I knew I would get a headache and couldn't deal with that during a job interview today.

Also have a question - we have a seafood spread that has <1 g sugar and 1 carb. Is this ok to put on celery?

Good luck! As the experts said, your food choices look great- biggest help is pre-planning and having lots of SBD at home and carried with you. Also eat until you're full in Phase One and keep your snacks up. Sounds like your enthusiasm will carry you well through Phase One when after you won't need any willpower- then Phase Two will be a breeze. It almost doesn't seem like dieting!
