I am on my way! Good bye forever 371 pounds. Feeling great after the first day. I'd really appreciate any suggestions/feedback about my food choices today:
Breakfast - Egg Beaters with broccoli / coffee
Snack - Low fat Cheese
Lunch - Dunkin Donuts sausage, egg, and cheese (no bread) - not the healthiest choice but I was on the go and didn't plan well.
Snack - shrimp, grape tomatoes, and mushroom slices
Dinner - salad (no dressing) with grilled chicken and mushrooms on top.
I did have a half cup of regular coffee because I knew I would get a headache and couldn't deal with that during a job interview today.
Also have a question - we have a seafood spread that has <1 g sugar and 1 carb. Is this ok to put on celery?

Stopping in to welcome you! Cathy is absolutely right, the more you plan and fill your fridge the easier phase 1 will be! Here are some of my favorite ideas:
