Hi,

I am on day 5. I cant believe I havent had any of those things I love so much like pasta and bread, but here I am. Any way my question...

I know your not supposed to weigh until 1 wk, but I've already weighed and I dont see a difference. Im not really struggling with the diet, its been easier than I thought. But have any of you weighed early and seen a loss, or does it take a while?

Thanks,

Amy

Hi Amy - I'm also on Day 5 of Phase 1. And yes, it's been pretty easy for me, too. Can't believe I haven't touched pasta, etc. (And, of course, I'm suspicious of that!) I have snuck on the scale and it's on the lower end of my usual flucuation range but no dramatics for me. But right now it's also T.O.M. (just started) so I'll have to see if when that's gone it will get any better.

Then again, the post Susan did describes me pretty well. (By the way, thanks for that info Susan.) I'm looking to lose only about 7 or 10 stubborn pounds. Although I was most definitely a high carb, low fat food/junk person (both good things like fruit and bad ones) I was already also eating lots of vegetables and fish (not a very big meat eater.)

Good luck from another Susan!

Becky, I've always been a thin person and eat pretty much whatever I wanted. I just had my first child in November. And I am determined to look good again. I am not excersizing really at all, unless you count working full time, and take care of a 5 month old and not sleeping much. Ha! Thats the way it goes though.

So I guess I am:

Thansk for your support
