I have FF half and half at home. I wonder how that would whip up with a stick blender and a bit of splenda? Might be better than the canned stuff. Then I could put it on top of a warm piece of that chocolate bean cake. YUM

Hey Everyone!

This is just my little input, I am not crazy about whipcream, so I don't use ot at all. Instead I put a scoop of fat free vanilla yogurt on my jello...and it is awesome!! Also, it helps get those daily calcium intakes in! A much healthier choice then whipcream!!

Just a thought!

Yep, I have the individual containers of lo-carb yogurt made with Splenda. Do they make large containers of yogurt like this because I couldn't find any? Michelle

Michelle,

My mom and I eat sugar-free jello with ricotta creme (you should try cherry with it) and we love it. It kinda reminds us of cheesecake with cherries (not the exactly the same mind you, but then nothing ever is close to real cheesecake LOL). Any flavor of sugar-free jello works well, and, like the yogurt, you get all that calcium.

As far as yogurt, we get the large tubs of plain non-fat yogurt and sweeten it ourselves (using Splenda and 1 TB of pure vanilla extract, IMP: not vanilla flavoring, for the whole tub) Its much cheaper than buying all those containers of individual yogurt, and if you want it on the go, I get small containers that will hold about 1/2 cup.

Hope that helps!
