you first started this WOE? Not to be graphic but I am making quite a few trips to the john and it's pretty icky (lets just leave it at that...LOL). Wondering if anyone else experienced this? TIA.... Michelle

It could be all the fiber from the vegetables, that would be my guess.

I hope it gets better soon.

Hi Susan... not alot of beans, but I'm thinking that I consumed ALOT of cabbage yesterday and today... so that could be the problem...LOL. What do you mean by "fake" sugars? Is that artificial sweetners? I have been using more than usual amounts of Sweet and Low. Do you think Splenda is better for the belly? Michelle

Michelle -

Like someone else said, I'm sure it's all the vegetables and/or legumes you're eating now. Are you also eating enough cheese? Cheese can be a good "binder." Things have gotten, well, shall we, a little more "regular" than usual for me, too, but I'm also used to eating lots of vege so it's not too bad. I'm sure your body will adjust!

Not sure if Splenda would help, though it is made from real sugar so maybe.

Well, mine's been slightly the opposite. But I've started taking iron supplements for anemia and that has some yucky "slowing things down" side affects. I'll bet things will settle down. Keep drinking lots of water and let your body do it's detox thing!

It is probably the fiber as everyone mentioned but also the protein you are consuming. Hang in there...it should get better :0

What does the (M) in your subject title mean? I am new w./ the whole abbreviated words thing :)
