Well, I've lost 4lbs in the last two days according to my scales. That was just the encouragement I needed to not blow it completely on my overnight trip tonight. I was so encouraged that I packed up a bunch of my SBD snacks, to help me not get into trouble and I'll be sure to choose meals wisely when we eat out. Other than that, the only cheating I plan to do is drinking. But I'll stick to P2 allowed beverages so I can be in that habit. I still plan to do 2 more weeks of P1, because I know technically you need two weeks "cheat free" to really detox and get the sugar addiction out of your system. But the less I cheat tonight, the easier that'll be.
Just wanted to share! Now if my jeans would just fit a little looser... ;)
