I just found this... Alouette spinach and artichoke spreadable cheese. No, it's not lofat, but it's only 1gr carbs/2tbs. It has no added sugars or any hydrogenated junky stuff. What do you think?? TIA... Michelle

What is the saturated fat content? I use Alouette Lite Garlic and Herb Cheese Spread - yummy on celery!

That sound pretty high to me. The reason we use reduced fat dairy products is because regular dairy tends to be loaded with saturated fat - adding calories and clogging arteries. I'd stick to the Alouette Lite. I tried doing an internet search to find out what flavors they offer in the Lite variety, but I was unsuccessful. I have only seen Garlic and Herb, but Cucumber Dill sounds yummy. Maybe some other people can share what flavors they have found in their grocery stores. Also, there might be other brands besides Alouette that are worth trying.

Boursin makes a light garlic & herb variety that is great stuffed into mushrooms.
