Phase 1 - Food Journals - share yours!

Anyone want to journal what they're eating for everyone to see?
It would be great to see what everyone is eating in phase 1.... and help each other if we see something that's not phase-1 ok.
You can post by meal/snack, or post your whole day.

Breakfast: string cheese (I usually have quiche cups but was in a rush this morning)
Snack: None (usually string cheese)
Lunch: can of tuna w./ light mayo and a chopped up pickle (usually soup w./ lots of veggies)
Snack: None (usually nuts)
Dinner: 1/2 cup of Taco Soup w./ an added twist...I through veggies in as well like broccoli, cauliflower and peppers...mmmmmmmm
coleslaw, which I very tediously picked out the carrots. I made it so I know exatly what was in the dressing :)
(usually have a protein, salad and veggie)
Dessert: None
Beverages: 2 Decaffinated Diet Cokes, 8 cups of Decaffinated Iced Green Tea
I know I did not get in all of my veggies or snacks but like I said I was crazed today w./ so much stuff to do.
Breakfast: 2 quiche cups to go + cup of skim milk
Snack: 1 string cheese
Lunch: savory chicken, spinash stuff mushrooms and stewed tomatoes + SF jello + water to drink
Dinner: romaine+cherry tomatoes+roasted pepper salad w/ caesar dressing and 4onz yogurt + chocolate light reddi whip + crystal ligh to drink
DH had:
Breakfast
3 quiche cups to go + cup of coffee
Snack: string cheese (1)
Lunch: Balsamic chicken + asparagus+ crystal light to drink
Snack: 1 string cheese
Dinner, romaine lettuce + broiled steak + balsamic vinegrette (sp?) + crystal light to drink and 5 semi sweet chocolate chips for dessert.

A few spoonfuls of 2% Cottage Cheese (I ran out of time to eat!)
Snack: None (Was in class)
Lunch: Top Siroin steak
2 Broiled Roma Tomatoes
1 c. French Cut Green Beans
1 glass Decaf Iced Tea
Snack: Suger-free Popsicle
30 Pistachios (made up for my missed snack! LOL)
Dinner: Pan Fried Talapia (fish)in a little olive oil
Salad with lemon instead of dressing
2% Cottage Cheese
1 glass Decaf Iced Teas
Dessert: No sugar Added Fudgesicle
** I carry water with me all day (and yes I drink it! LOL).

Breakfast: 2 eggs scrambled with a little lite cheese & chives
2 pieces of turkey bacon
Snack: 5 raw almonds
Lunch: chicken caesar salad, no croutons
Snack: sugar-free jello cup
Dinner: lean beef, mushrooms, and green beans
Yesterday was Day 15 of phase 1.

2 eggs with some cheese sprinkled over it
2 canadian bacon
coffee with skim and sweet n low
lunch... salad, with a dill vinegarette
snack... nuts and more nuts (whoops)
Dinner... gr.turkey, acorn squash(made with sugarfree maple syrup and splenda)
Dessert... sugar free fudgsicle
Also drank another cup of tea and a cup of coffee throughtout the day.
Today...
2eggs with 2TBS salsa and cheese
v8, coffee
lunch... chicken with white beans in mayo (lite)
I think having nuts around is going to be too dangerous for me! I think I'm addicted!!

Been eating Weight Watchers Smart Ones's low carb meals. Today's was Chicken marsala with mushrooms and broccoli. Yum.
Snack: Cheese
Dinner: Im sort of struggling with this one, but lately its been either a tuna salad lettuce wrap or broccoli, with chicken and cheese.
Does this sound okay to you guys.
Oh, I cheated and had a beer last night. But It was Michelob Ultra. How bad am i! But I dod walk away from the chocolate cake at the office. He ;)

L: Portabella mushroom w/lf mozzarella cheese melted on top
frozen peas (i just learned these are not allowed in P1 -- oops)
S: sliced turkey w/ lf swiss cheese slice
D: 15 walnuts, ff swiss cheese, sf jello, sf fudgicle (I know I should have eated a real
meal but I was feeling lazy)
Ok -- I made a couple mistakes, but all in all, not a bad day for me!
