Anyone want to journal what they're eating for everyone to see?

It would be great to see what everyone is eating in phase 1.... and help each other if we see something that's not phase-1 ok.

You can post by meal/snack, or post your whole day.

It sounds great - but were you full after dinner? Was that salad enough for you?

Day 2 of Phase 1 :)

Breakfast: 2 veggie quiche cups & turkey bacon

Snack: String cheese stick

Lunch: SB chopped salad

Snack: Turkey roll-ups

Dinner: Grilled rosemary chicken breast with asparagus, onions, green peppers, and mushrooms

Just finished dinner and it was delicious! I grilled the chicken and vegetables on my George Foreman grill and they came out really tasty. I marinated the chicken with olive oil, chopped garlic, rosemary, and ground black pepper. I put black pepper on the vegetables after they were done and also sprinkled some balsamic vinegar on top.

Cathy ~

This posting helped me soooo much! I was just starving for the last half of the day yesterday and DH was begging for pizza. I was strong, but so tempted! I took two long walks yesterday just to get away from the temptation of the frig. At dinner, I ate a decent amount and felt so much better - we had steak, broccoli and salad! Yum! At bedtime, I was marveling how wonderful I felt, not hungry at all anymore. Then I remembered your posting. I love brussel sprouts and had a big bowl of them for lunch but no protein! I think that I was starving all afternoon because I didn't have protein for lunch! I cannot tell you how awesome it is to be learning my body like this. I have abused it for so long and I feel so wonderful now! I just love SBD!!!

Thank you so much, Cathy, for your words and for all others on this board, it is just sooo helpful to those doing this alone! Specially with those with DH who like to tempt them with pizza!
