Can anyone give a grocery list for (m)

starting the South Beach??
I read thru most of the book and looked over the recipes and now I'm trying to come up with a grocery list to go food shopping tomorrow night (I really wanted to start this diet tomorrow morning but I couldn't get to the store today).
I have the obvious like chicken breast, salmon, nuts, etc. And some of the extras like I can't believe its not butter spray and olive oil but I'm sure there is some stuff I'm going to realize I'm missing when I go to cook these dishes. I don't have a healthy thing in my house right now, LOL!!!!
I have a ton more questions about what to eat, I am not into veggies or the more "exotic" recipes so this may be hard for me!!

How to adapt your meal plan - Phase 1
The South Beach Diet™ is designed so that you can easily swap meals and ingredients. If you don't like eggs for breakfast, have low-fat cottage cheese or lean meat instead. Not a fish lover? Then choose lean beef or poultry. In Phase 1 of the diet, you can eat as many proteins and vegetables as you like, plus fats like olive oil. Fruit and starches aren't allowed until Phase 2. One question though, I thought you couldn't have milk or yogurt the first 2 weeks???
