about the dang desserts!! OK... If I choose to have the ricotta dessert we're talking over 100 calories. 1/4c =100calories so how does that work? We're supposed to have 1 75 calorie sweet treat/day... so how does this ricotta thing fit in? Choosing a fudgscicle is 45 calories, but is that in a separate category? I am utterly confused once again... thanks for bearing with me!! Michelle

Michelle, my understanding is that the ricotta is not included in your 75calorie intake. However, if you were to put almonds or nuts in your ricotta dessert that would count as yoru nut intake or atleast part of it. I think anything beside the ricotta and extracts counts as part of your 75 calorie extra. Anyone else know for sure? Hope this helps! :)

Thank you so much for asking this! Because I am just as confused about it.

Take for example the bean cakes (which I had WAY more than total 75 calories worth), if the beans are okay to ETYFF (eat til you feel full), the egg ETYFF, the Splenda is 0 calories, do you just have to take the calories of the cocoa powder and divide that by the serving size and THAT's the 75 calorie limit???

PLEASE, how does it work???
