Alright-since starting the Beach over a month now - I have found Laughing Cow but, not Laughing Cow LIGHT - well, until Sunday! I went to Meijer and much to my surprise...instead of just the regular Laughing Cow-they had light also and I purchased ALL 10 OF THEM!!!!! LOL They are good till May of 2005 so, I figured what the heck. The kids love it too! I can't wait to try it on celery for a snack. I have a question though. How much Laughing Cow is allowed per sitting per day? Am I limited to one little wedge a day? I go back and forth from Phase 1 to Phase 2 so, my question pertains to all stages. I am just worried that I might like it on the celery and want to go back for seconds!

Thanks~

here's the response I found:

These are supposed to taste very good. There isn't a limit set on cheese, so you could add it to this recipe if you wish. You may use any other type of cheese that is low fat instead of the laughing cow. You may use the regular one, but be aware that it is higher in fat/sat fat.

Thanks Susan~

I knew I could count on you for a quick response....lets see...its 10am here and time for a snack...I say LC light on some celery! YUM! Thanks again~

I love my new lifestyle ~ wish I discovered SB sooner!

hugs,

P.S.~That is the first thing I thought of - was me for a whole month being pissed because I couldn't find the cheese. Now i know why! Because of greedy people like me! LOL But, if it wasn't me that purchased them-it would have been someone else! Now, I have enough to last me a year and I won't go to the cheese isle again. Then, when they stock back up-others will have a chance
