I'm assuming canned tuna is ok, or is it just fresh tuna?? If it is ok, what type would be "best". I always buy in spring water but is oil *better* for this diet? Is albacore better than chunk light??

Also, what can you add to the tuna to taste? I know lemon juice is ok, right? Is any mayo allowed?? A prior diet I tried I used Hellmanns Just 2 Good. In a Tbsp. there was only 25 calories, 2 g fat, 2g carb, less than 1g sugar.

Thanks again for asking all these newbie questions!!!

i make a tuna salad with mashed up avocado instead of mayo and a little red onion, salt and pepper.

it's very tasty.
