had a Slender Pie too many carbs?

I hope I didn't blow it on my second day. I had a Slender Pie, no sugar, sweetened with Splenda. total fat- 1.5g, sugars- 4g, total carbs- 27g. I have a feeling I should not have this, but its over now. I had it. The rest of the day I did great. I wait for a reply, but I think I know what the answer will be.

Don't worry though...once you get onto Phase 2 & 3 you can eat this kindof stuff once in awhile. I gave into cravings a lot on Phase 1 so don't feel bad just hop back on.
Since you are only on your 2nd day the cravings for sweets are still in your system. It will get easier...really it will. I don't even crave bread or pasta anymore and I am Italian...:0
I gave in today as well. I just started Phase 2 today and I had 3 cookies...OH MY!!!! I would suggest trying the "bean cake" recipe in the recipe section if you like cakes/brownies or stuff like that. I have not tried it yet but really want to :) There are a lot of reviews and suggestions on it if you are interested.

Icecream is not ok for Phase 1. I wish it was but it's not.
Partially hydrogenated oils: soybean, cottonseed are in Slender Pie so it is definately off limits for Phase 1.
If you like fudgicles they are ok (no sugar added and sugar free only).
