Friday night, I made Susan's chili, a friend brought a salad and we had that for supper, YUM! It was a huge hit. Then, we went out and listened to our favorite local band who plays Jimmy Buffet music (it was Parrothead weekend at Sunday River!). I started drinking flavored sparkling water with rum, which wasn't bad, then I had a corona - couldn't pass it up, we were listening to the "corona brothers"....then I had a margarita.....mixing the drinks made me SICK, SICK, SICK. I am not a big drinker, but it was a party weekend, and that's what I did....
Saturday morning, I couldn't keep anything down. I wasn't "drunk", but mixing really upset my stomach.....later in the morning, I had cantalope with ff cool whip and ff strawberry yogurt mixed for a dip - YUM, should've had some cheese or peanut butter to slow digestion....we had italian's for lunch, lean luncheon meat, lf cheese, but I had it in a whole wheat roll.....1st bread I've had since SBD, even being in Phase 2....we went out for supper with a group of people at a local Brewery, decided not to pass up the awesome chicken fingers with *the best* honey mustard dressing.....
Sunday was cantalope for breakfast, and another italian for lunch....supper was left over chili, but when I got home, I decided to have a bowl of coffee ice cream, the *real* stuff.....I asked my husband if he would be dissapointed in me if I had that ice cream, he said the only way he would be dissapointed was if I didn't start back in again.......
Monday, I've hopped right back on SBD....Phase 1, but I tell you what, I can definitely see how easy it would have been to continue to eat bad food again.......
Friday, I weighed in at 168....Monday was 171, but I am glad to say that this morning I am at 169...only 1 pound up from where I was last Wednesday. I am starting my 6th week today on SBD. I am very happy with this WOE, but a little dissapointed with my decisions over the weekend, and EASTER is this weekend coming up!!!!
Sorry to ramble on, it helps me to see it in writing ... Sandy is back on the BEACH. Could have been VERY, VERY, VERY easy not to though!!! Still at a respectible 14 pound loss in 6 weeks!
Oh, the best part.....we met our friends who haven't seen me since starting this WOE, and the first thing out of my friends mouth was "holy ...", how much weight have you lost, you're looking great!! Wow, what a difference!!! It put a smile on my face, espeically since they noticed and I hadn't told them that I had been loosing! I even wore a bikini this weekend, for the 1st time in years! Still have many more pounds to go, but I was "okay" with wearing it. : )

Susan :)
Let me know how next weekend goes. One word of advice, don't party too hard the first night, you won't be up for much the next!!! :) hehehe.
My eating is 100% back in control, I've lost the 3 pounds I gained, plus another!!!! Woo Hoo! Back motivated again, and feeling GREAT! :)
Thank you all for your support!
