Michelle,

I know the feeling - you just can't get satisfied! My advice is to keep eating. Make sure you fit in all your meals and snacks, and drink lots of water. Like others on the board, I have just discovered how wonderful green tea is! You may want to try it.

Karen :)

P.S. what does (M) mean??????

I can totally understand where your coming from. Aunt flow is just about coming for a visit and right before she shows up I get horrible sweet cravings. I am always hungry and nothing seems to satisfy it. When I was doing atkins I had the same problem. I gain 5 lbs right before aunt flow then around the middle of her visit I lose it again :)

Susan sugested I got on to phase 2 since I was on Atkins for so long, this has helped since I can have a piece of fruit and that helps me alot for my sugar cravings. Also I chew more gum for a quick sugar treat.

Wish you luck during this though time of the month and wanted to let you know your not the only one :)

Karen,

(M) means more....

I don't quite get it either since there usually is more in the body of the post.

Sorry, it's from years ago when PP' board's subject line held more. We used (m) to indicate more in the body and (nt,no text) to mean this was all we were typing... nothing in the body. Sorry!

Thanks for the info. It's funny because I have been hanging around here for more than 6 months now, and I have only seen it recently!

Just so you know you aren't alone, I TOTALY get that. It took a long time to train myself to NOT use the m and n/t's :)
