It would be great to see what everyone is eating in phase 1.... and help each other if we see something that's not phase-1 ok.
You can post by meal/snack, or post your whole day.

Yesterday: Don't even ASK! LOL
Today:
Breakfast - Spinach/Broccoli Quiche (small piece-Prob 2 eggs worth) and 2 slices Canadian Bacon
Snack - 15 Almonds
Lunch - Caesar side salad from Wendy's to go with a couple turkey/cheese rollup's
Snack - Celery and hummus
Dinner - Don't know yet (and this is where I am going to start getting into trouble. I need to plan ahead, get things out of the freezer and actually cook when I get home) .... Edited to add: Zucchini cooked crisp with bit of left over lf taco cheeses on top, and heated up taco meat on side with bit of lf sour cream. And you know, that meal tasted FABULOUS. Odd combination... ;)
Might even have my fudgesicle this evening. I don't ususally have anything after dinner unless it's a cup of coffee later. ... Edited to add: Never had that fudgesicle. Ate dinner so late wasn't hungry for it.

Breakfast: Spinach Quiche thingy from the SBD book, V-8
Snack: Green Bell Pepper and Pesto Hummus, Diet Coke
Lunch: Turkey breast, green beans, tons of broccoli, green salad with Newman's Own Balsamic Vinagerette (I hope this salad dressing is okay-- 9g fat, 3g carbs, 1g sugar)
Snack: 1 low-fat cheese stick
Dinner: Not sure, but probably left-over turkey breast, green beans and salad. And for sure, a SF fudgesicle for dessert.

Breakfast: 2 regular size quiche cups (broccoli and mozz) and two slices Canadian Bacon
Snack: Probably almonds
Lunch: Stir Fried Zucchini and two turkey/cheese/lettuce roll up's
Snack: Celery and hummus
Dinner: Something with pork loin (I've never made this before. Any suggestions?)

Breakfast: 1 hard boiled egg (I am so sick of eggs that the rest of the Easter eggs went to the trash. I cannot choke another one down!)
Snack: pistachios
Lunch: Side ceaser salad from Wendy's with Jr. cheeseburger bunless (the meat probably wasn't the leanest choice but I forgot my lunch from home!)
Late lunch so not hungry for afternoon snack....
Dinner: Okay, not sure if this was legal or not but the pantry was bare when I went to fix dinner for the family last night. Made chili that is only extra lean ground beef, tomato sauce and chili seasoning. Added a bit of 2% shreddd cheese to top. I ate one serving and got up from the table. Yea me!
Needed more veggies in the diet yesterday so needless to say, a trip to the grocery store is on tap for today!
So far for today:
Bfast: few slices lean sandwich meat ham with string cheese
Haven't had a snack since I'm not hungry but did have 2 Baskin and Robbins sugarfee mint chocolate chip hard candies (those things are so good)
Lunch: Sandwich meat rolled in lettuce leaves with veggies
Snack: Maybe a cheese stick and sliced cucumbers
Dinner: No clue since it is a late night for me. DH is having lite sausage so I may have a small serving of that with a salad or green beans.
I'm one week into this diet so please point out any mistakes I'm making!

B-fast: omlette (eggs from carton) w/cheese and zuccini
coffee (1/2 decaf) & small glass of V-8
Snack: ham and cheese rollup
Lunch: egg salad on salad
Snack: probably some almonds w/green tea
Dinner: leftover turkey chili with lots of salad and maybe some asparagus
Dessert: almond ricotta
