It would be great to see what everyone is eating in phase 1.... and help each other if we see something that's not phase-1 ok.
You can post by meal/snack, or post your whole day.

Breakfast: 2 eggs, slice of lean ham, coffee, V-8
Snack: low-fat cheese stick
Lunch: Salad with romaine, cucumber, tomato, chopped egg, low-fat jack cheese and fat-free ranch dressing
Snack: Cup of coffee (with fat free evaporated milk, is this ok?)
Dinner: Lean roast beef made in crock pot with broth and mushrooms, cauliflower, broccoli and green beans
Snack: Probably a sf popsicle or sf jello.
Trying to recover from Easter (no SBD friendly food at Mom's - but it all tasted sooo good!) and had to take oldest daughter back to college.
B- 1 egg Western Omelet (onion, gr pepper, LF colby jack cheese)
S- was at the grocery store and missed it
L- grilled chicken salad
S- on the road and dying so I had one of youngest daughters malted easter eggs (Whoppers)then snuck two more after we got home and she went to play - I will plan this better in the future!
D- Rotisserie Chicken, roasted broccoli, faked mashed potatoes (gravy for the dh/dd only)
Today 4/13
B- 2 egg ham and cheese omelet
S- not hungry, I had meant to have a one egg omelet and have this snack but I was on autopilot and fixed two
L- left over chicken (4 oz) and roasted broccoli
S- 2 SBD friendly PB cookies - I am so fighting the cravings for more of dd candy!
D- taco salad for me, tacos for family
