I just finished my first week of SB and while I was down 7 lbs (yeah!) I cheated today (boo!). I'm getting ready to start my period and was having some really bad cravings! I tried reading to get my mind off my belly, but I couldn't. And while it is cold and rainy where I am, I was feeling like I seriously needed some comfort food. So I polished off half a container of fat free coolwhip, and just now had 4 mini butterfingers. I guess I could've done a lot worse, but I'm still bummed b/c I had been doing so well. Darn that PMS! I'm going to get right back on track tomorrow, but I'm so scared I'm going to have another attack tomorrow or sometime this week! I'm also afraid that when I start putting carbs back into my diet, I'm going to start craving (and giving into) all the "bad carbs". Yikes!!

I agree with Cathy and want to suggest you load yourself with yummy things you CAN have!
