Hi all,

Well, the Easter Bunny hit hard yesterday, and as a way to kick my weight loss into gear and also to recover from my badness, I am going on Phase 1 this week. I was doing fine, and then when I went to work out today I got lightheaded and slightly nauseous and cut my workout short by about 10 minutes.

Does anyone have any tips on surviving on Phase 1 when you've already been on Phase 2?

Thanks, Susan and Cathy, for your support. I started SBD on 10/26 and have not been back on P1 since. I was really enjoying apples and the occasional bowl of Fiber One. I'm wondering if I really need to do P1 for a week for my indiscretions yesterday... I guess I'll play it by ear. I just hope the sick feelings don't recur when I try to exercise. If that's the case, I'd rather make this week P2 "super-light" and get in exercise than P1 without working out.

For the record, I joined the Spring Challenge, so I'll check in with you guys up there, too :)
