Hi!

I have a question about phase 1. I know that you are initially only supposed to stay on phase 1 for no more than 4 weeks. But here is my question.

I started phase 1 two weeks ago but due to a SBD UNfriendly weekend I decided to start all over. So, since Monday I have been very SBD friendly. Last night a had a rum and diet coke with dinner.

I swear I am not obsessive about this!!! But my question is, since I have broken the "detox" session should I give myself another two weeks from this point?

And if not, how much of a "cheat" would determine "starting over?"

If your cravings are in check, then I would just move into phase 2.

I think I freak a little because I had tried Atkins before. Since phase 1 of that diet is so "ketosis oriented" I always felt like with each poor food decision I made I had undone all the work done thus far.

I have to remember...this is different!!!
