Today is my first day

I made a dozen of the quiche cups and brought two to work. I forgot my can of V8 but I'm drinking some green tea. Water has never been an issue; I usually drink 8 or 9 of the 16 oz. glasses.

Just wanted to introduce myself and say hi!

Sounds like your doing great! I know water can be an issue for me, but you got it in the bag! Good luck and keep us updated on how your doing! Welcome to the beach!

I started on Monday as well! Day three now, and I'm still a bit lightheaded, but hoping it will pass. Hope your day is going well!

Hi! I'm new!!

I have been lurking for a while and finally decided to post. I might need some help at some point because I LOVE candy, fast food, and especially PIZZA!! I started on Monday so I'm on Day 3 and feeling good.

Monday night and Tuesday morning I was extremely sick to my stomach but that could also be a part of the TOM :( Probably should not have started the diet on the same day I started that.

Oh well....I feel fantastic today! Did anyone catch Regis and Kelly this morning? They had South Beach Diet Recipes on.

Have a wonderful day everyone!

i can't seem to shake the dizziness/shaky stuff, but i'm just going to ride it out to see if things get better. hopefully by the end of the week i'll feel better. it's just hard to tell if the shaky feeling is because i'm hungry or because i just want carbs. ;) i think my initial problem was that i ate things that were on the list, but in portions that were too small. i'm trying to eat bigger portions of veggies now.

what are you eating for snacks? i have been limited to nuts and cherry tomatoes because i am not eating dairy (which makes this diet really difficult!). any ideas?

I am an extremely picky eater so this is difficult for me too.

I like to eat celery with all natural peanut butter (but I'm not sure if the peanut butter is allowed). I also love the sugar-free strawberry jello.

Other than those two I haven't really found much to eat in between meals but I've haven't gotten bored with those things yet :)

Good luck and have a wonderful day!
