is yogurt allowed on SBD?

I did SBD for 5 weeks back in October (I went on vaca and fell off the wagon for too long!) and yogrut was not approved in the book I have.

I have heard rumblings that yogurt is now ok.

Do you know what the restrictions are on the yogurt to make it SBD approved i.e. low fat, no sugar, flavors, quantitiy?

Also, is it ok for phase 1 or only after?

Any info would be appreciated!

Thanks!

nonfat plain yogurt is approved. I've read somewhere that sugar-free, nonfat vanilla is OK, too, but even the Dannon Lite & Fit has fructose added.

I've bookmarked this message with meal planning guidelines and food list:
