Ok maybe I jumped the gun =(

Well, I weighed myself on Wednesday (my weigh in day) and the scale said 211. But since when I weigh myself it says 216. I know that I haven't been as strict to the program as I should be. On Wednesday night we had coney dogs. So I had turkey dogs, low fat cheese, and this chili sauce thats great and completely fat free planned to eat. But we didnt have enough chili for all of us so my DH went to the store and bought like Hormel (the regular place we get the chili dog stuff is about a half hour away). So he mixed that in and I looked at the can and it was horrid for you. That was of course after I ate it. >.<
Then last night we went out to eat. And my DH wanted to go to this italian place for pizza. And I told him I could not have. So I decided to have him take me to McDonald's and I got chicken nuggets and a salad. I might as well had pizza as I'm sure the chicken Nuggets were loaded in saturated fats.
Well thats it though... no more. I have to lose weight and I don't want the scale to go in the opposite direction! I just kinda needed to spill the beans to someone. So this morning the scale is at 216. I need to stop weighing myself so much.
Good luck everyone and thanks for listening!

*Hugs* Kristina! I know how hard it is to try and stay on when there's so much yummy food around you!

Kristina, just a tip:
Kristina, I'm glad you posted this... and hope you can get past it now.
Susan :)
By the way, I know how hard it is to stay off that blasted scale (I'm a scale freak myself) but you're probably right when you say you weigh yourself too much. If the scale drives you crazy, try and give yourself more space between weigh-ins.
Good luck!
Susan.

First let me say great job on your success so far.
Call ahead to the pizza place and ask- most serve chef salads, get one with no salami and get a SBD friendly dressing like blue cheese or bring your own. Bet your DH will be wanting pizza soon.
