Writing   Anyone want to journal what you're eating for yourself, and for everyone to see?

Sometimes it helps keep yourself "honest" when you need to report in.  And seeing what others are everyone is eating in phase 1 might give you some ideas for your meal planning!

You can post by meal/snack, or post your whole day.    Computing

I'm currently on day 9 of phase 1. Today I had...

Breakfast = two scrambled eggs

Snack = string cheese

Lunch = "Taco" Salad, turkey chili over shredded lettuce with salsa, lite ranch dressing and cabot lite cheddar cheese, very yummy & filling!

Snack = 20 peanuts

Dinner = Steak on the grill, oven roasted veggies

Snack = I'm getting ready to have a fudgsicle! ( : yummy!

I may end up having one more snack before bed, that has been my hardest time of the day for carb cravings but dh and I usually have a few slices of 98% fat free deli meat with 1 slice of fat free cheese and mustard just to take that edge off, other times I just have a glass of skim milk and some nuts and that settles me too. But the longer I do this the less I feel the "need" to have too much of a bedtime snack.

Hope this looks good!

Breakfast:

Scrambled egg-beaters

2 slices of turkey bacon

Snack:

Oven roasted peanuts

Lunch:

Lots and lots of celery with a little all-natural, chunky PB

Sharp cheddar cheese cubes

Sugar-free strawberry jello

Snack (later):

Almonds

Dinner (later):

Chicken Parmesan (chicken, low-fat mozzerella cheese, and tomato sauce)

Caesar salad

Sugar-free fudgesicle

My biggest problem is not getting enough vegetables, but I am extremely picky and don't like a lot. I think I'm going to start adding green & red pepper slices to lunch or breakfast. Also raw broccoli and cauliflower.
