Feeling MUCH better!

Thanks so much for all the advice. Last night I took a laxative and this morning I felt so much better! Of course my eating today was wretched...due to very poor planning, all I had from morning to dinner was a "big grab" of peanuts. When I got home (from grocery shopping no less; I'm lucky I didn't do a face-plant into the chips) I made the chicken parmesan with low-sugar dressing and low-fat cheese, and some sauteed (olive oil) mushrooms and some green beans with diced peppers and onions. No need for a snack since I'm getting ready to get into bed with a book, and I have so many plans for great phase one meals thanks to all of you!
I'll be starting at my new gym Monday (I just quit Curves for Women to start someplace a little more challenging) and have my Wednesday weigh-in at Weight Watchers. I plan on counting points along with phase two...keep your fingers crossed!
