Not losing at all yet...

I started SB on Tuesday, 4/20. I have been following it very well. Drinking my water, eating only SB foods and not a lot of cheese or dairy. And yet I have not lost anything yet. My clothes are not looser either. TOM (I'm assumnig this means Time of Month?) came on Thursday and I didn't gain from it, but still haven't lost anything. I don't want to get discouraged and stop the plan, but that is what usually happens to me. I have to say that I feel absolutely great since I started. I have more energy and I don't fee sick at all. Hope I didn't just jinx that. I really don't have time to exercise since I started a new job with a somewhat bad commute, that is not in a nice area so I can't walk at lunch. I already have to get up earlier than usual and get home later too. I'm going to try to get up even earler to do my Pilates or Walk away the Pounds tapes, but it's so hard. I did take my dd out for a long walk yesterday. And almost the whole way home is uphill, pushing about 45 pounds of stroller and child. I'm a single mother, so working out after work is out.
Is this normal? Should I start losing soon? I have about 35 pounds to lose.

Give it a few more days. I bet you will get on the scale tomorrow or the next day and be down 3 or 4 lbs. TOM will throw things off for a few days. Best of luck.
