i want to start the south beach diet but i have a couple questions?

first can you have the yolk of an egg or just the whites?

2nd is the only thing you can drink is water? 3rd can you

have hotdogs are does it have to be soybased? also what kind

of foods can you have for breakfast? (besides eggs)

i know its alot of questions but thanks for the info.

wanted to start on monday (sigh) is there a list that can get me by until

i can make it to the store? what are the free foods is there a list? and can i

The South Beach Diet™ is designed so that you can easily swap meals and ingredients. If you don't like eggs for breakfast, have low-fat cottage cheese or lean meat instead. Not a fish lover? Then choose lean beef or poultry. In Phase 1 of the diet, you can eat as many proteins and vegetables as you like, plus fats like olive oil. Fruit and starches aren't allowed until Phase 2. thank you very much for the charts !!!! there seems to be 2 versions of the book out there one that is hard back which is $20.00 and the other is paper back which is $6.00

so which one do i get? i also started my diet this morning i had eggs with cheese

and had a little coke cola becouse i don't drink coffee, i guess thats okay?

anyway thanks for the info, ohh by the way do you loose weight pretty fast on this diet?

i know i know i am full of questions questions questions .....

or as much as you want? what are trans fats? is all natural peanut butter the same as

jiffy or skippy? thanks
