Hello all!
I have been on the SBD for one week. My goal is to lose 30 lbs by Sept 30 (my 29th Birthday). A few things....I am not following the diet page by page. I don't think I could, but I have eliminated everything required for phase one. Things that I am struggling with : drinking enough water, snack choices, lunch ideas. I have the SBD cook book, and just finished making the veg beef soup for phase one...does anyone know if this is a snack, or a meal (one serving). Weight wise I have not seen a change this week. I think it's TOM, but not sure as I am only 4.5 months post partum and my cycle is still not on track. I am happy I found this board, and am tempted to stay on phase one for 1 week longer than the diet, if anyone has tried that let me know!! Also, my wieght has fluctuated between 168 and 164 all week. Could it be that I need to drink more water? I am having to remind myself of that constantaly.
