Headache normal, and food journal

Next, I wanted to share my food journal and see what you all thought about it..how I could improve it..
Firstly,
Breakfast..half a cup of ricotta cheese, sprinkling of splendia and vanill extract...a cup of coffee with a little skim milk
Lunch...(after my am workout)...cheese omelet(made with one whole egg and four egg whites, sprinkled with shreaded low fat parmasan/cheddar cheese)..half a can of diet pepsi, a quarter cup of sliced cucumbers with vinegar on them.
Dinner...2+ cups of romaine lettuce, approx. 2oz of feta cheese, and maybe four tbsp of greek drsg(0.9gram carb per serving), 1.5 piece of a pork loin chop bbq'd with montreal steak spice on it.
Snack tonight..riccotta cheese with splendia planned
So far the cravings have been minimal, headache all day, and a bit of the runs this evening, maybe due to all the cheese/eggs(not sure).
So what do ya think? I kept busy all day, got in my hour+ workout at the gym, cleaned the whole house and now doing wash. Maybe all the work has kept my mind off things.lol ;0) Suzanne
