Hi everyone!
I'm really interested in starting this WOE. But, I've been doing Atkins and I'm scared I wont see fast results ... I also exercise a lot (about 2 hours a day) and I'm concerned that may effect my weight loss as well.
I'm going to Mexico in 3 weeks, and I'd like to lose about 5 pounds, and stick to the plan while I'm away.
If anyone can offer and advice/comments on what would be best, that would be great!

Yes, I was wondering what would be the best way to get started.
When I look at the menus's they are very similar to Atkins, so I'm concerned this diet wont be much of a change for my body. I'm definitely going to give it a try though!
I'd really appreciate some input from ex-atkiners ... hehe
