Emergency Question - Quick, Help!

Hi all. My name is Amy and I'm just starting South Beach today. I have 15 lbs. of baby weight to lose! My bosses are taking me to lunch today for a late Secretary's Day. I am going to order a salad but have no idea what kind of dressing I should order since I can't read the labels! Which one is the best when dining out and you are unsure of what the content is????

Also ask what kind of Fat Free dressings they offer.
I have found that most Italian dressing is low in sugar.
Balsamic is good, and some vingerettes... But dont with Raspberry Vingerette that is high in sugar.

Hi Amy,
The safest bet (and #1 choice for South Beach) is an oil and vinegar dressing.
I think I'll just go with some salmon and steamed veggies and play it safe. I know they have a vinegarette but if I remember, it tasted sweet. Don't want to risk the sugar.

p.s. any sort of "weekly weigh in" here? I'd like to start one if there isn't one already. I liked that part of WW. It motivated me. :)
