You need to be careful with low carb products, most are NOT South Beach friendly due to their fat content and what's in them.

I'd like to know about these as well. I couldn't remember which ones everyone was eating so I bought the Carb Smart as well, being they were sweetened with Splenda and 3net carbs I thought they were okay. Here's the ingredient/nutrition content:

Ingredients: Nonfat milk, milkfat, sorbitol, cocoa lactitol, glycerine, whey protein concentrate, polydextrose, guar gum, xanthan gum, locust bean gum, cellulose gel, cellulose gum, mono & diglycerides, polysorbate 80, malt powder, salt, artificial flavor, vanillin, sucralose (splenda) acesulfame potassium.
