hi, im presently on phase 1, i understand that in phase 2, i have to reintroduce carbs gradually. What is an sample menu of the first day of phase 2 and how much do we increase per day? I hope someone can help me.

In Phase 2, you'll gradually begin to reintroduce healthy starches and carbohydrates into your diet, starting with low-glycemic index ones like oatmeal and couscous, and eventually moving on to high-glycemic ones like fruits and whole-grain bread.
