Day 4 for me too!!!

We have two little boys, 5 and 3. I've always watched what they eat, since I don't want them to have the same problems my husband and I do with weight. They like most everything, even most veggies. So if we can just get healthy too, then I think they'll be fine and have better role models as well.
I started a new med in the fall and since then I've gained about 30 lbs. I was overweight to start with... so it's been a frustrating time for me. I'm at my heaviest ever when not pregnant. It's down right depressing. I'm so glad I found this board to help me stay focused and supported.
I'm nervous about this weekend. I always do worse at home where food is so readily available. And tomorrow a friend and I are having a Girl's day out shopping and such... I know I can stick to the food part, I'll get a salad with some sort of grilled meat on it, but I'd really like a glass of wine. I have to keep telling myself that this is more important and having the day out is special enough. I'd probably just get a headache having alcohol in the middle of the day!
Well, I haven't weighed myself yet, waiting for a week to pass. So here are my start and goal weights. My goal is higher than the charts suggest, but it's a place I've reached before and felt good about at the time.
SW: 231
GW: 165
