I'm posting this again, since I didn't see it show up after the first time, if this winds up being a duplicate I apologize.
I started Phase 1 on Monday I totally cut out sugar (fruit juice for breakfast, with ceral) no sugars (no sodas, no candy etc) and started eating salads only for lunch, and dinners within the books guidelines. I have not used the recipes at all.
I weighed myself today, and I have not lost 1 pound... nothing.. is it possible that I was already in phase 1 before, and now I should move on to phase two??
I've always been able to eat anything and everything and maintained my weight, I just want to drop down 10-15 pounds, lose a few inches in my waist and just look healthier.
Any help you could provided would be VERY greatly appreciated
