Ok, new to SBD and started my phase 1 this afternoon. any good suggestions on where to find some recipes?? I have a book coming to me, but I couldn't wait for snail mail and lurked on this board for some GREAT info to get me started. I've been slowing reducing some of the sugar from my diet (ie coffee/tea/cokes) but now am ready to make my food sugar/processed food free. When reading labels, what is a good rule of thumb on sugar grams?? Like anything under 5 g per serving or would it be less?? I wanted to get some canned tomatoes (they are just so much easier) and they had 4g/serving. Is that too high?? What is our goal in this phase to keep the carbs under??
