omelet (2 eggs) with onions, mushrooms and 2 T of feta cheese
decaff coffee with sweet-n-low
snack: 1/2 cup of pecans
Lunch: left over chicken crock pot (had lots of veggies!!)
snack: canadian bacon slices and 6 cubes of cheddar cheese
dinner: grilled hamburger pattie, pork chop, grilled zucchini and squash with olive oil, salad with italian dressing (homemade with vinegar and olive oil)
