I found a SB food list for phase I on a different site and it listed sunflower seeds, so i have been eating them like crazy... they keep my mouth busy and not thinking about food while i'm trying to open the seed!!! :) are they ok for phase 1???? i haven't heard or see them on any other list other than the one i have.
also is diet soda every exceptable in any phase ???
thanks so much - this is only my day 2 so i'm full of questions :)

As for the sunflower seeds I do not know. I am really interested in the answer though :)
Good Luck
Sunflower seeds and many other seeds are listed as "Good" in the Good Fats Good Carbs Guide.
