Bring a BIG Ceasar or spinach salad; you can put your chicken on top of it.

Bring some broccoli in a zip lock drizzled with olive oil.

Me too.. My brother is giving a barbecue for Mother's day due to there are a lot of moms

in our family. I don't want to be outcasted for not eating... but I'll have a salad on standby anyway and I'll get some of those great turkey burgers they are good...

Oh no.. no coolers, or wine... yuck :( but I think I'll be okay.. I'm on day 3 of the first two weeks so far so good. My energy level has went down a bit, I planned on doing Taebo last night but fell asleep around 9 sumthin... well I wish you luck wish me luck too :)

Regular mayo doesn't have sugar. It's pretty much eggs and oil.

Another idea is grill some veggies. Take a zuchinni and a yellow squash. cut in half lengthwise, and then into two shorter pieces (you'll end up with four pieces of each, with one long side of skin and one long side of seeds). Marinate in a vinagrette (I use Newman's Own). Throw on the grill, seed side down to sear. Then move to the top rack to continue cooking. Yum.

Veggie kabobs are good to. Peppers, onions, cherry tomatoes, squash, mushrooms, just about any veggie.

And it is vidalia season. They are great grilled. I sliced one in half, squirted the cut side with ICBINB, salt & pepper. Placed on the grill small end down. You don't have to eat the blackened outside. The onion will be tender and yummy.
